1 first optionThe key members at HIGHGATE CONSULTANTS are Abdulla Al-Saei and Hassan Sharif. With a combined banking and investment experience of over 46 years, they are able to understand investors’ needs and expectations, growth sectors, potential and market trends in the region, and accordingly are capable of bringing lucrative investment opportunities to their investors, and advise them of their various business activities.

Abdulla Al-Saei is a partner in HIGHGATE. He has in excess of 18 years of   experience in corporate and investment banking in Bahrain and the Gulf region. Al-Saei held several senior positions associated with relationship management, placement, administration and human resources. From 1992 to 2005 Mr. Al-Saei was a Relationship Manager at Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK) and Gulf Finance House (GFH). He was appointed Chief Representative for Doha Bank office in Dubai in 2006. During his career in banking, Al-Saei became Head of HR & Administration at Awal Bank, and Senior Principal at Investment Dar Bank – Bahrain, where he was responsible for managing the Saudi market portfolio.  Al-Saei received an MBA from University of Glamorgan – UK and a B.A. from the American College in London. He is also a Member of Chartered Management Institute – UK.

Hassan Sharif is a partner in HIGHGATE. He has 28 years of experience in conventional and Islamic banking, where he held several senior management positions. He served with a number of prominent international and regional banks, and gained practical skills and experience in credit, corporate banking, risk management, business advisory, human resources and development, training, management and leadership.

Sharif studied engineering and banking, and attended intensive credit courses organized by Chase and Citibank. His last job was at Awal Bank as Assistant General Manager. Prior to that, he held the position of Assistant General Manager at Khaleeji Commercial Bank. He was also the Deputy Head of Corporate Banking at Bank Muscat, ABN AMRO Bank, and Grindlays Bahrain Bank. His banking career started at Gulf International Bank, where he held various positions including Head of Credit Administration, and Relationship Manager within the Corporate Banking department.
